Peak European summer dates at sought-after venues fill 12 to 18 months out. I take on a small number of destination weddings each year so I'm able to give each couple the attention their wedding day deserves. The earlier we speak, the better your chances of securing your date with me.

You'll always know the full investment before committing. For those destination weddings hosted in Europe, I base myself there every season which keeps these costs minimal.

For European weddings, travel costs are kept minimal because I base myself there every summer, which means I'm not flying out specifically for your wedding. A tailored quote including all travel costs is provided before you commit to anything.
A full destination wedding collection typically covers a welcome dinner, full wedding day coverage of 10 or more hours, and a recovery day shoot. It includes both digital and 35mm film photography, and a second shooter for added perspective across the day. All travel costs including flights, accommodation, and ground transport are built into your quote from the start.
Each country has its own legal requirements for Australian nationals and some, Italy in particular, involve a detailed process of apostilled documents and certified translations. Many couples choose to marry legally in Australia first and treat the destination wedding ceremony as the celebration. A local wedding planner or legal specialist in your destination country can advise on what applies to your specific situation.
For a destination wedding, a local planner is strongly recommended. They handle the on-the-ground logistics, vendor relationships, and legal requirements that are genuinely difficult to manage remotely across time zones.
