Get Mindful on the Mat: Balanced Pilates with Brittany Warren

Britt, of Balanced Pilates with Britt, is an soon-to-be-qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist, with health and wellness being her soul’s purpose. Follow Well by Brit for her extensive knowledge in herbal and nutritional medicine, and her holistic approach to mindful, and simplistic living.

Britt is a qualified Mat Pilates Instructor and focuses her classes on mindful movement. She is currently offering:

  • Private 1:1 personalised sessions (props included)
  • Small Group Classes
  • Corporate Classes as part of an organisation’s wellbeing program

Britt has found a space to nurture the clients at the most tranquil hair salon, Enough Studio. Occupying the sunlit room upstairs, Britt is making herself at home. This shoot was a creative celebration of the next steps in her journey. We got together to shoot some simple and intentional imagery and share her ethos with the world.
