From the moment Mekha and Kiran enquired with me for their wedding photography at Glen Ewin, I knew these two were something special. From our first phone call. I could feel their warmth and the trust they had immediately placed in me to be their wedding photographer.
I recall our timeline video call, seeing how sincerely these two beautiful humans admired each other. It only made me more excited to be a part of this special story that would unfold at Glen Ewin Estate.
Nestled in the serene Adelaide Hills, Glen Ewin Estate is a distinguished heritage-listed venue in South Australia. Its natural beauty is highlighted by expansive gardens and tranquil lakes. The mature trees, fig orchard, and elegant sandstone buildings create an inviting atmosphere for your special day.
With a personalised approach to wedding planning, Glen Ewin aims to do the heavy lifting to allow you to enjoy the planning minus the stress.
There’s also not one, but two reception options:
’The Gatehouse is a recent addition to the estate. Located in the top valley of the property, with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The room has large glass doors leading out to the deck overlooking the lake.’
’The 177 year old Pulpshed is a large rustic venue. Located in the valley of the property and nestled among old stone buildings, lawns, woodlands, and a large lake.’
If you’re considering Glen Ewin Estate for your wedding and need a wedding photographer or videographer, then I’d love to hear from you.

“Meeting you on our Wedding Day and feeling the warmth and joy behind all those emails and phone calls was truly special. We felt completely at ease having you behind the lens. Thank you for looking after us so well.
It was truly a privilege to be photographed by you.”
— Mekha & Kiran
Ours is an unconventional story spanning a few thousand miles. Throw in a pandemic and it gets even more interesting. Dubai can take some credit for the initial sparks but it was the many, many hours of FaceTime that sealed the deal – the conversation never dulled, the laughs got louder, the hearts got fonder and we only got weirder together. It was no surprise to either of us when the warm fuzzies settled in – when you know, you know.
Kiran and I got engaged right here in Adelaide in September 2022 – he scoped out a magical little private cove near O’Sullivan Beach.
Old New York style. Very classic and clean, we’re leaning into the black and white.
Definitely seeing each other for the first time at the end of the aisle!
Get your main vendors locked in as early as possible, the smaller things are so much easier to organise later on. We would also HIGHLY recommend a stylist. It’s such a relief not having to worry about how the flowers, lighting and styling concepts will come together on the day and how all the different parts and pieces are going to get to your venue beforehand.
